Behind the scenes of CLUSTREL, a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, clinicians, communication experts, designers, and business experts are working together to bring a new approach to epilepsy treatment closer to reality.
Today, we are introducing CLUSTREL’s Strategic Exploitation and Business Strategy Leader, Future Needs, represented by Lina Giannivasili, Emma Tsai, Sami Sechante, and Panos Chatzimathios.
In CLUSTREL, Future Needs will…
Future Needs plays a key role in the communication, dissemination, and exploitation of CLUSTREL’s results.
The team will help develop pathways for the project’s innovations to reach the market and generate impact beyond the project.
With expertise spanning innovation management, science communication, brand strategy, design, marketing, and business development, the Future Needs team helps translate complex scientific and technological concepts into accessible and meaningful stories.

Lina Giannivasili, Innovation Project Manager
Lina is an Innovation Project Manager, she helps transform innovative ideas into viable, real-world solutions.
With a background in Economics, Lina approaches innovation through a financial and strategic lens. Her role is to bridge the gap between complex research and market opportunities, helping ensure that EU-funded projects are not only scientifically ambitious but also economically sustainable.
In CLUSTREL, Lina focuses particularly on exploitation and go-to-market strategies. Her work includes analysing market needs, analysing competitors, and developing business models that can support the uptake of CLUSTREL’s results.

Emma Tsai, Science Communication Manager
Emma holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and currently manages health-related projects at Future Needs. She translates complex information of health innovation into digestible scientific contents.
Within CLUSTREL, Emma contributes to the coordination of the communication and dissemination activities, helping ensure that key messages and results are effectively shared with stakeholders and wider audiences.
Sami Séchante, Brand Strategist
Sami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, specialising in advertising.
In CLUSTREL, his expertise helps shape how the project is presented across digital channels. His background in creative digital design helps CLUSTREL build a strong visual and communication identity.
Panos Chatzimathios, Designer
Panos Chatzimathios is a designer responsible for making EU projects visually appealing, accessible, and engaging across different channels. His work focuses on creating visual experiences that attract stakeholders, encourage participation, and make project information easier to understand and engage with.
Within CLUSTREL, Panos contributes to the project’s visual communication and dissemination activities, helping transform complex research and innovation into compelling visual content.
